1. Panel EP-1 (Waiting/Office area, 120/208V, 42-circuit) requires a dedicated equipment clearance in front of the panel. This clearance zone is shown landing at the same stretch of Corridor 106 where the Restroom door (104) is shown swinging into the corridor on A-101 -- coordinate with the architect, since the door swing as drawn overlaps the panel's required clear working space. 1 pdf_text
2. Panel EP-2 (Mech/Elec Room 105, 120/208V, 30-circuit) is shown with 30" of dedicated clear working space in front of it. The minimum clear working space required for a panel at this voltage-to-ground condition is 36"; the 30" shown does not meet that minimum on its own, before even accounting for other equipment in the room. 1 pdf_text
3. The plumbing plan (P-101) shows water heater WH-1 set 18" from the same wall as Panel EP-2, which further reduces the usable clear floor space in front of EP-2 to approximately 18" -- coordinate panel and water heater locations with the plumbing engineer. 1 pdf_text
4. Emergency lighting fixtures (tagged EM) are provided along Corridor 106 to serve the egress path shown on the architectural life safety plan (A-102). As currently laid out, these fixtures are spaced along the corridor only as far as Grid 2 and do not appear to continue the remaining distance west to the exit at Vestibule 101 -- verify that fixture spacing provides continuous coverage along the full egress path shown on A-102, not just the portion nearest the operatories. 1 pdf_text
5. The new electrical service duct bank routes underground from the utility connection to the main distribution equipment; see C-101 for the site routing. C-101 notes a crossing between this duct bank and the new domestic water service with no separation called out -- coordinate the required horizontal and vertical clearance between these utilities with the civil engineer. 1 pdf_text
6. Dedicated equipment space and working clearance for all panels shall meet the applicable electrical code requirements for the voltage and condition shown; see the EP-1 and EP-2 notes above. 1 pdf_text
7. Coordinate emergency/egress lighting fixture locations with the life safety plan, A-102. 1 pdf_text
8. Coordinate underground duct bank routing with civil site utilities, C-101. 1 pdf_text
