Mechanical and electrical trades should maintain a minimum 2" clearance below bottom-of-steel for all ductwork and conduit racks crossing beam lines -- see M-101, which shows the RA-1 return duct crossing BM-4's bay with its own bottom-of-duct elevation noted; confirm that elevation clears BM-4's bottom-of-steel by at least 2". 1 pdf_text
